future

On the occation like when you move to another job or enter a new college or when you’ve plan to get married, most of the people will say ‘may you have a bright future’.

Bright future?

I never believe there is a bright future, for me future will and always dark, cause nobody knows about the future. So instead of saying 'bright future', personally I prefer to say may you have a good or promising future. It’s totally in our hand when the future becomes present and then we can say it’s bright or dark.

So, once again I repeat, the future will and always dark. Full stop.
